Android Browser is a Default web browser that shipped built-in with the Android operating system from its initial inception. It allowed users to view, zoom, and navigate full HTML/XHTML web pages. Starting with Android Jelly Bean and KitKat, it was progressively phased out as Google Chrome became the default browser for Android devices.
